Description

Part of the HEAVISIDE product portfolio, the HLSN3Q is a low noise RF amplifier operating in the 3.1-4.2 GHz bandwidth for use in radar, satcom systems and point-to-point radio implementations.

The GaN MMIC is housed in a 4 x 5 mm QFN package. It offers high gain in a small footprint package suitable for use in a 50Ω environment without external matching.

  • Robust LNA without the need for input power protection through RF limiters
  • Noise Figure of 2.5dB
  • 30dB gain and exceptional gain flatness (±0.5dB across the band)
  • High linearity - guaranteed high IP3.
  • 50Ω matched at input and output RF terminals
  • Two-stage GaN amplifier MMIC, VDD = 20V
  • Single VGG and VDD supply pins for all transistor stages
